Remote timer for Canon EOS 300D with 2.5mm plug
This digital timer remote is designed to trigger a camera shutter at regular time intervals, featuring self-timer, interval timer, long-exposure timer, and exposure-count settings.
The timer can be set anywhere from 1 second to 99 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds. The buttons can be operated with a single thumb. The LCD panel consists of black characters on grey display with white backlight led which has a timeout to save battery power. The unit also has a beeper to indicate timer running. This can be turned on/off. The remote has a stylish and ergonomic design, making it a pleasure to use.The shutter release button on the remote is a two-stage button: half-pressing the button will cause the camera to focus, and full-pressing will trigger the cameras shutter.

Example settings for astrophtography
Timer start delay: 10 secs. This gives imaging setup time to settle.
Exposure time: 30 seconds to 3 minutes. depending on object brightness, tracking accuracy and light pollution. Can goto 4-5 minutes if autoguiding with LPR filter with very clear conditions depending on object brightness.
Interval: set to exposure time+10secs. gives camera time to settle and copy image to CF card.
Frame counter: number of frames/subs to want to take/stack (1-399).
